These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit buildwithdami.com, join our waitlist, contact us, or use any community experience or resource we make available (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You agree to use the Services lawfully and respectfully. You must not:
- misrepresent your identity or provide information you know is false;
- interfere with the website, its security, or another person’s use of it;
- upload or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or infringing material;
- collect information about other community members without permission; or
- use the Services to send spam, malware, or unauthorised promotions.
We may restrict or end access where reasonably necessary to protect the community, comply with law, or respond to a breach of these terms.
3. Waitlist and community access
Joining the waitlist expresses interest but does not guarantee admission, a particular launch date, or access to any specific feature. We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of the Services as the community develops.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of work, feedback, and other content you share. When you submit content directly to a community space, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, and display it only as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Services. You confirm that you have the rights required to share that content. You may withdraw this licence for future use by asking us to remove the content, subject to legal, technical, and record-keeping requirements.
5. Our content and brand
The website, brand, graphics, copy, and materials we provide belong to buildwithdami or their respective licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, sell, modify, or present them as your own without prior written permission.
6. Third-party services
The Services may link to tools or websites operated by others, including our waitlist form provider. Their own terms and privacy practices apply. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.
